Now the College Board is offering new opportunities to take SAT and SAT subject tests to cover for the spring season. They have added a new SAT test date in September. New SAT Exam dates 2020 for international students have been added in November. Now till the end of 2020, there will be an SAT test and SAT Subject test conducted every month, starting from September. However, the dates are subject to change owing to the updated Situation. IMPORTANT THINGS YOU MUST KNOW.
- If you registered for June, 2020 SAT or SAT Subject test and did not cancel it, then don’t worry. First you need not register again. You can simply transfer that registration to the upcoming test dates. Students will be charged some fee for the change.
- But in case you cancelled your registration before, then you must have received a refund. Now you will have to pay for it again.
- All the international deadlines expire at 11:59 p.m. ET, US.
- No late registration will be charged for international testing.
- All the mobile and online registrations must be completed. The mail registration forms must reach before the deadlines mentioned in the above table.
- If you are registering with an international representative then your application with the payment must reach before the registration deadline.

SOME OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS THAT YOU MUST KNOW
- The Language with Listening tests for session 2020-2021 will be offered in November 2020 and May 2021.
- The international testing fees vary.
- Sunday administrations for students will be conducted after each Saturday test date.
- If you are applying for the SAT for purposes other than listed, then you might not be allowed to give the SAT test this year.
NEW NORMAL
The New normal with itself has brought many new policies and reforms. It is possible that this time there will be fewer seats or in some places no seats at all owing to the policy of social-distancing. The College Board has to follow the instructions laid by the Government of that region. It is not independent to make any such decisions.
If you do not find the availability of seats in your area, then you can look for seats in other nearby areas. However, we would strongly recommend avoiding any unnecessary travelling.
In case you don’t find any available seat, neither in your area nor in any other area, then don’t get disappointed. Try looking for the seats on the other dates. This year centres are ought to have fewer seats. This decision is made keeping in mind the safety of students and parents. Large crowds and gathering will not be tolerated.
MINUTE YET IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- If you are travelling for a long time to reach the centre, then make sure you carry some food items or snacks with you.
- Carry your water bottle. Do not consume excess liquids to avoid using the bathrooms.
- Always travel safely. Carry your mask, sanitizer, and maintain the norms of social distancing.
