That motivated me to work hard and secure a place at the ABC university where I majored in chemical engineering. I ensured I was always involved with breakthrough technical developments in the areas of computational fluid dynamics, reactor design, electrochemical engineering and the like. The whole field of speciality chemicals and their potential for the electrical vehicle industry has been a topic I have taken a keen interest in. The same also reflects in the kind of projects and internships that I undertook as a part of the course. While at ABC, I also actively contributed and voluntarily participated in things that were quite a departure from my course. I dealt with linguistic development at the local school, a cooperative program for the nearby community and even a web development project for both these initiatives. I also worked part time with both the cooperative and the school filling in for transitions and peak demand seasons which was an extremely fun and enriching experience. What I realized is that these activities unknowingly helped me master my people skills which I believe come in handy at all aspects of professional and personal life.

Following my summa cum laude graduation in XXXX, I embarked on a journey with MNP Specialty Chemicals, focusing on product development. In this capacity, I’ve been actively involved in creating specialized anode coverings to enhance the efficiency of Lithium-ion batteries. For the past year and half, I have worked on a number of rapid charging technologies and trying to miniaturize the docking assembly. Being a hyper scale down in the stack, it posed a design problem as well forcing us to think beyond the thresholds imposed by traditional design techniques. Through a lot of simulation as well as lab testing, I was able to break down  each source of complexity and came up with techniques to counter them. Building upon each solution, I have built a formal scale down environment that produced great results and identified over 20 possible combinations of polymerization which were difficult to identify with initially.

Through my undergraduate studies and professional experience, I’ve established a solid foundation in this field. Now, I aim for a substantial acceleration of my learning trajectory. This calls for a distinctive platform that brings together fellow innovators and experts in the field to collaboratively address complex challenges. It necessitates engaging in extensive discussions with peers and participating in brainstorming sessions. My objective is to enhance and expand my capabilities in order to make a significant contribution to what I perceive as an impending revolution in the field of chemical engineering. During my third year in college I did a project on “Green Solvents for Sustainable Chemical Processes”. The project in chemical engineering department on the development and optimization of environmentally-friendly solvents for use in chemical processes. With a growing global emphasis on sustainability and eco-conscious practices, the demand for greener alternatives in the chemical industry is more pressing than ever. The aim of this project was to address this need by researching, synthesizing, and characterizing novel solvents that exhibit low toxicity, minimal environmental impact, and high efficacy in a range of chemical applications.
