NMAT Eligibility

GMAC, the NMAT exam conducting body has announced the NMAT from GMAC 2020 Eligibility Criteria. Although NMAT 2020 Qualification criteria define the NMAT eligibility to appear in the exam, it does not include the entrance eligibility criteria of the MBA college. GMAC has advised the candidates to search for the eligibility criteria for the selected MBA/PGDM programme in the preferred institute while ensuring that their NMAT eligibility.

NMAT 2020 is a nationwide level computer based MBA entry test leading to MBA admission 2021 in top MBA schools like NMIMS Mumbai, SPJIMR Mumbai (PGMPW), ISB (Certification programme), VIT Vellore, XIM Bhubaneswar and many other MBA schools in India.

Conducted by GMAC, the NMAT 2020 dates for NMAT registration are from September 14 to November 20, 2020 and NMAT exam dates are from November 4, 2020 to January 30, 2021. NMAT exam program this season is extended to 88 days testing window from earlier 75 days testing window.

  • If chosen, the final year candidates will need to obey the graduation certificate/degree submission requirement of the MBA college by the previous date as prescribed by the institute.
  • Nominees that have completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) or are waiting for the result may also apply.
  • NMAT eligibility doesn’t impose any era bar to look in NMAT 2020 exam.
  • The proportion of marks obtained by the candidate could be calculated depending on the practice as followed with the various University/Institution.
  • In case of levels / CGPA, the conversion to percent of marks would be contingent upon the procedure as accredited by the individual University/ institution in accordance with its eligibility criteria.
  • If any University/institution affirms that there’s no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, then the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA from the maximum possible CGPA, and multiplying the result with 100 as per the MBA college eligibility
  • Mere fulfilment of minimal NMAT eligibility criteria 2020 will not guarantee consideration for brief record by the institute.

NMAT by GMAC 2020 Eligibility: Important Guidelines
